Who we are
Nate Rose, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, operates n8rose.com and the Future-Self Alignment client portal at client.n8rose.com. For privacy questions or requests, email info@n8rose.com.
Information you provide
When you complete the Future-Self Assessment, we collect the contact information you submit, your assessment responses, calculated scores and profile, and assessment completion details. We also record your marketing preference and associated consent information. Assessment records may include campaign or referral information associated with your visit and events such as starting the assessment, completing it, and viewing results.
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, selected appointment time, and information you provide during booking. When you email us, we receive your email address and message content.
If you use the client portal, we process the account and service information you provide through that portal.
How we use information
We use this information to provide assessment results, maintain contact and assessment records, arrange appointments, respond to inquiries, and provide services you request. Assessment results support personal reflection and our conversations about your priorities.
The assessment records whether you choose to receive Future-Self Alignment updates. This preference is kept separately from appointment and service communications. No marketing campaigns or automated marketing emails are currently being sent. You can contact info@n8rose.com to change your preference.
Services used to operate the website and appointments
The website uses WordPress hosted by IONOS. Assessment records are stored through the website, and contact details and the latest assessment summary are transferred to SuiteDash for contact management. That summary includes alignment scores, stage and pattern, assessment identifier and version, completion time, and marketing preference.
SuiteDash also supports appointment booking and the client portal. Google Calendar and Google Meet support scheduling, calendar invitations, and video calls. Booking information needed to arrange a call is processed through these services. The info@n8rose.com mailbox is hosted by IONOS. Automated emails sent by the website are delivered through Elementor’s email delivery service, which keeps delivery logs and may record whether a message is opened.
These providers process information in connection with the services they provide. Their services may involve processing outside your country of residence.
We do not currently use advertising services or external workflows beyond those described in this policy.
Website technology
When you visit the website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and an accessibility tool from Elementor’s content delivery network. These requests send standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to those providers. The accessibility tool may store your display preferences in your browser so they carry across pages.
How long we keep information
Assessment, contact, inquiry, booking, and client records are kept until they are manually removed. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Removing information from active records may not immediately remove copies held in backups.
Calls and session notes
Video calls are not recorded or transcribed. To provide services, Nate may keep private client and session notes. Access to those notes is restricted to Nate.
Your choices and requests
You can contact info@n8rose.com to ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations may affect what information can be deleted and when.
